- What exactly am I paying for?
- For one specific shop: the plan opens up capabilities on it, the depth of history, how often data refreshes and the seats for people. Shops are counted separately, so you don't have to pay for all of them at once.
- Can shops sit on different plans?
- Yes, that's the normal case. One shop on a higher plan, two on a middle one and three more free ones under the same person is an ordinary picture.
- How many people can look at a shop?
- Full access goes to whoever has access to the account in Google Ads: two such seats on the free plan, three on Growth, no limit on Scale. People invited by email can only view the data.
- Does the portal change anything in my ad account?
- No. The portal reads the data and shows what to change — you make the changes yourself. Automation is coming on a higher plan, and it will only fire when you press your own Apply button. Google Ads has no separate read-only access: the same access is granted for both reading and writing. If you want a guarantee on Google's side rather than our word, sign in with an account that holds the Read only role in your account.
- When will prices appear?
- Some of the paid capabilities are already open for free, others are still in development. We'll announce prices once we launch the whole thing.
- What happens to my data if I stop paying?
- The data stays. The shop moves to the free plan: paid capabilities are hidden, automations stop, history returns to the free depth. Nothing is deleted — everything comes back when you renew.
